How do I return an item? We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new, unaltered, unused condition with original tags attached. Please email us at info {at} happysix [dot] com, and we'd be happy to either issue a refund back to your original form of payment or send you something else in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Costumes, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, artwork, USB flash drives and other special items are not returnable.
